Bulgaria declared a "yellow code" due to heavy rainfall

The six areas of South Bulgaria declared a "yellow code" hazard due to expected heavy rains. This applies to regions of Blagoevgrad, Plovdiv, Pazardzhik, Smolyan, Kardzhali and Haskovo. In these areas significant rainfall is expected, sometimes up to 30-40 liters per square meter.
